Dear Mighty Men and Women of God who are the Remenant within the Remenant. I was in prayer today and was unctioned by the Holy Spirit to open a book that was written by a well known Prophet here in the United States. His name is Rick Joyner. He has written many books and is known for a trilogy; "The Final Quest, The Call and The Torch and the Sword.
After seeking the Father in prayer and meditation I was instructed to open the book called The Final Quest. I turned to page 191, which is in the section called the "Overcomers". This is the part that hit my Spirit Man, this is a fictional book but it is full of truth and I am compelled and mandated to share it with those who have hearts to hear and to listen.
"He could have imparted that to you on earth," the Lord continued. "He had much to give to My people, but they would not come near him. Even My prophets avoided him. He grew in the faith by buying a Bible and a couple of books that he read over and over. He tried to go to churches, but he could not find one that would receive him. If they would have taken him in, they would have taken Me in. He was My knock upon their door."
I was learning a new definition of grief. "How did he die?" I asked, remembering that he had been martyred. Based on what I had seen so far, I was half expecting that I somehow was even responsible for that."
"He froze to death trying to keep alive an old wino who had passed out in the cold."
"The Unlikely Overcomer:"
"Lord I know that he is truly an overcomer," I remarked. "And it truly is warranted for him to be here. But are those who die in such a way actually considered martyrs?"
"Angelo was a martyr every day that he lived. He would only do enough for himself to stay alive, and he gladly sacrificed his life to save a needy friend. As paul wrote to the Corinthians, even if you give your body to be burned, but do not have love, it counts as nothing. But when you give yourself with love, it counts for much."
"Angelo died every day, because he did not live for himself, but for others. Even though he always considered himself the least of the saints, he was truly one of the greatest. As you have already learned many of those who consider themselves the greatest, and are considered by others to be the greatest, end up being the least here. Angelo did not die for a doctrine, or even for his testimony, but he did die for Me."
Granted this is an excerpt out of a book that is fictional. But truly how fictional is it? Do we not as Saints of God place many on pedastals, carrying bibles, groping in line at a conference in order to be seated in the front? Do we not as members of a church have opinions of those we do not understand just because their anointing or their way of communication of their relationship with the Lord might be a bit different then what we have experienced? Is it not true in todays church that many are not really trying to know or to fellowship with the one sitting next to them, but insted will only receive a word from a well known prophet / apostle who has a name and exposure on Christian Television or the likes? I have spoken of signs and wonders and the heavenly gifts that are at hand. Yet how is the Lord going to manifest that in which He wants too, when we are so entrenched with the few who stand out and ignore those whom God has chosen and set apart, even hidden so that in a very specific time and season His word would go forth in a pure and untarnished way. The word may be full of salt for our tongues have grown bland because we have been eating and drinking that which is old and tastless. God does not do anything without first telling His friends the prophets. That scripture does not list the names of those prophets nor does it say they have to have a major publication, numerous video's and a score of "Thus saith the Lord" notches on their anointed belts. God is a respector of no persons and He is ever reminding me in my daily walk and relationship with Him, do not forget where I have taken you from and keep going the direction that I am pointing, it will always be up and I will always be your focus. He reminds me daily that the diciples fed the thousands not the thousands feeding the twelve and then giving an offering to the Lord. Jesus came to teach us a way to live and left us with the Bible as our main resource to know the seasons and times for when He would once again return. It is time we drop all the superficial titles running after a word from the Lord when each and evrey one of us can have such an intimacy with the Lord ourselves by peeling back the hardness and the hurt in our own hearts, exposing our sensative flesh, demonstrating that love conqures all, is all and it is what God intended from the beginning to the end and new beginning. It is a season to look out for our brothers and sisters. It is a season to pull the planks out of our own eyes before we point our prophetic index finger at others. Yes, I agree the five fold has taken some very hard hits. But has any of us taken the hit that Jesus took for all of us? Could we truly withstand some of what the diciples went through and even others across the world as I write go through in order to just read the Bible or to meet and share the truth of our wonderful God and His only Son? I realize that to many this is just preaching to the choir. But even the Saints in a Choir need to remember certain truths and basics when there is so much going on around the world presently. The book I took the excerpt out of was written over 10 years ago. Now more then ever it is time to be aware of who not only we are in the Messiah Jesus but to remember who we are sitting next too. Mighty men and women of God are sitting right next to each and every one of us. They do not always have a platform to speak from, nor books and video's of what God has placed in them......but I assure you, they all have a message that God specifically gave to them, that is meant for all of us. All we have to do is listen, love and keep our minds set on the Messiah and not on the titles and popularity of man.
May the Lord greatly bless and protect all of the saints of the Messiah. May they all be protected, have great peace, joy and agape love in Jesus name. This is humbly submitted this 24th day of March, 2009
