BELOVED THANKS FOR THE MUCH PRAYERS. THE Haiti mission WAS HARD BOTH PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY BUT IT WAS A SUCCESS. Personally it reaffirmed my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and gave me impetuts to keep keeping on in the work of the Lord.
It is one thing to see an image of a starving child on the tube, but quite another to witness it live. No human suffering is easy to handle, but when you see it in children,it is gut wrenching...and to think that this suffering is from lack of food????. What do you tell your self to make it any easier. How can you justify it, economically, intellectually, or even spiritually?
We worked in a the town of St. Marc, specifically two villages, La garren and Ti monet. We did a food and supplies distribution at La Garren Orphange built by the Trindadian missions group- Is there Not A Cause, ITNAC. The Home is not completed but is still able to house the kids. With support fom ITNAC and Holiness Revival Ministries in Trinidad the kids there are ensured a place to call home.
Ti Monet is quite another story. The issue for them is ofcourse apart from the fact there is not enough to eat, there is no water. At a later date i will elaborate more on the trip. But I just want all you saints to keep Haiti in prayer and to assure everyone that God is up to something mighty in Haiti.
we'll chat some more soon, have geot to run.
All my love
