Please tell us about your ministry/profession and how you want to be a blessing through OFM-TV ? :

I am a missionary to Uganda and I minister to Women, Orphans and in Leadership Conferences. To the orphans, I pray for God to give me favor with people who can help them with practical needs and it is my duty to pray for these children and to love them and give them hope that God also loves them. To women my ministry is to give them the hope that is in Christ. I strive to let them know that He sees them when they are in desperate situations and He is there to meet their needs. Women are a powerful tool in the hands of God when they can realize the power they have in Christ through His Spirit. To leaders and Pastors my ministry is to strengthen and encourage them through the Word of God. To remind them of their destiny in God, and to not give up though the ministry is difficult. God has a plan for them and these men and women are the ones on the "front lines" of battle. The enemy wants them to be discouraged and thus failing to fulfil their destiny. So my ministry is to encourage them to keep pressing ahead. To keep their eyes on the prize!

Your personal biography(myself) about your life,how you started and where you are now in life:

I was born in a poverty stricken area of Eastern Kentucky. I grew up attending missionary schools and attending a mission church. I accepted Christ at a revival in a Baptist Church where my great grandfather was the pastor at age 12. When I was 14, I attended a Pentecostal Youth Camp and was mightily filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I married at the age of 18, my husband is Richard and we have 3 biological children. We also have 3 children from Uganda. In 2000, the Lord gave me a vison of Africa for two hours. I began to pray for Africa and then in 2001 the Lord opened the door for me to make my first ministry trip to Uganda and I have been going back ever since. I just returned from a 3 week trip. I was able to minister in Rwanda and Uganda during Leadership Conferences and also at a Women's conference. My goal is to gradually spend more and more time in Uganda as the Lord allows me to minister there.
