The vision of this ministry is to change the life of human beings through the gospel.
To reach the whole world with the word of God according to the Supreme order of our Lord Jesus Christ.To produce and promote Christian music: According to God's plan; because he dwelled in the midst of praises (of Israel) psalm 22/4. To help every devoted Christian to discover how to live always in a very deep personal praising life so that he should well serve the body of Christ. It is also be in charge of the organization of national and international concerts and seminars
Will organize in the world evangelism, teaching seminaries, debating conferences on the high bible items (Mission) in a unity vision for joining together and equip the church to the mission for the great commission of our LORD Jesus Christ in order to collaborate easily with the different group of ministries, and mankind through conditions of life in the Kingdom of God, thus preparing the coming back of our Lord Jesus. The V.A.C.M.I; is having for mission at this moment among the prostitutes, the drug afflicted people (men, women, young ladies and young boys), among those who are fatherless and motherless (ORPHANS) in order to deliver them from their affliction and tribulation in which they are passing through and bring them to our Lord Jesus Christ ,and to establish living churches

Victorious Army of Christ Mission International (V.A.C.M.I) is ministering to the conversion of prostitutes to the holy faith in our Lord Jesus Christ to abandon the bad life styles, to give new directions to them in other activities.

V.A.C.M.I) Will maintain a close relation with churches missions ministries; workers of God and Africa, Europe, America, Asia and Oceania Evangelical Orgonization,associations in view to create and to reinforce a climate of fraternity ; of love and of constructive exchange and anointing for the increment of the work of God
