What is Apostolic Oversight (Spiritual Covering)
It will be easier to see what apostolic oversight is by first stating what it is not. In 1 Thessalonians 2:1 the apostle Paul said; our coming to you was not in vain. The word "vain" expresses the hollowness of anything; Paul was saying their work was not void of content or power. Shepherds Of Grace International is an Apostolic ministry dedicate to:
Reaching People for Christ, and Changing the World Together.
We accomplish this by providing Spiritual Covering and Developing Leadership, while conducting ministry in different countries of the world.
Through the local church and other para-church ministries, we function through Evangelism, Leadership Conferences, Church planting, and Short-term Missions. Presently we oversee 30 mission efforts in the countries of Africa, India, Philippines and Peru. Our heart is to connect christians from every denomination and labor together in the work of the Great Commission.
On a local level we are involved in SOGI Team Churches, Street Ministry and Church Seminars on: Leadership, Evangelism, Cross Cultural Training and World Mission - 1040 Window. Presently we have offices in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

- Bishop John Aguilar - Bishop has served in ministry for over 30 years as: Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Pastor, Evangelist, Missionary and Apostle. He began his education for the ministry at Southeastern University. In addition to being involved in Church ministry through the high school and college years, he has conducted Evangelistic Crusades, Pastors Conferences, Leadership Development, and Church Planting, both in the USA and oversees.
Called of God to Apostolic Ministry, a Pastor to Pastors, he serves as the founder and Overseer of Shepherds Of Grace International, which provides Spiritual Covering for Churches in D.R. Congo Africa, Liberia, Anguilia, India, Philippines, South America and the USA.
As the Overseer of Shepherds Of Grace International, Bishop is dedicate to: Reaching People for Christ, and Changing the World Together. For this purpose the ministry is engaged in Responsible Evangelism, Planting New Churches, Leadership Development and providing Spiritual Covering for Pastor's, Churches, and other Para-Church Ministries.
As a Pastor to Pastors, Bishop's heart is committed to the Training Pastor's and Leaders to discern the time in which they live and understand what to do to become the "Last Days Ministers", "Shepherds of Grace", that will fulfill their call and mandate, becoming fruitful for the kingdom of God, producing fruit that remain.

Warm Greetings to you in the matchless name of our Lord and saviour JESUS CHRIST. Thank God for there wonderful opportunity to share about us and our ministry. We are sending this mail from South India.
I am Pastor. D. Shadrach born and brought up from the Orthodox Christian family. In the age of twenty one I had a divine call from God to work for the Kingdom of God on their earth and to win the lost for CHRIST. From then on words I submit and Surrender my self to Him. He is guiding me the way He wants to be.
Our Ministry:
Our Church name is MAHANAIM MISSION MINISTRIES.. Through Our Church we are doing different type of ministry in our area like branch Church, Pioneering work, Children and Youth Ministry, Women’s ministry and Social Activities also. In our church there are 100 members coming regularly and in our Town surrounded with 21 Villages to do the ministry and opening door for proclaiming the Gospel of CHRIST. Around 42,000 people were living in these Villages. Even though we have an open door and free to do the ministry in these Villages. Till now we are not able to reach out and to win there souls for CHRIST, Just because of Economical and material Problems. So if you people are willing , having desire and Burden for India Specially in our church, and Villages people We Welcome you to India to Glorify the Lord our God In our Country. You feel free you can visit to Pakistan and our ministries activities CSF is busy at the brick kiln there is 35 families making bricks with their children and youngest they haven’t their bright future. COURT SETS ATHEIST HOLY DAY
Somewhere around Florida, an atheist created a case against the upcoming
Easter and Passover holy days, He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days. The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such
recognized days.The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel
declaring,"Case dismissed!" The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying, "Your honor, how can you possibly dismiss this case? "You know that the Christians have Christmas, Easter etc.... The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, Yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays."
The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, "But your client do. Then he turned to the Atheist and said "Your counsel, is woefully ignorant" The lawyer said "Your Honor, we are unaware of any special observance or holiday for atheists."
Then the judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day. & Psalm 14:1 states, "The fool says in his heart, there is no God" Thus, it is the candid opinion of this court, that if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool. Therefore, April 1st is his day...... Court is..... adjourned.!"
O!...Don't you love a Judge that knows his scripture!
